Branding ownership – Adaptation to new brand refresh – Design system creation + new website

Project Description

Working as Brand and Design Manager in XTM marketing team. I’ve crafted and fine-tuned specific processes for the creation of XTM Live collaterals, bringing in assets like master decks to streamline presentations and package everything cohesively. I was responsible for ideation, creative design strategy, execution of event collateral, UX/UI, and execution of the “XTM Live website,” a child theme of the new xtm.cloud website (parent brand).

1. Theme ideation, imagery creation

Ideation of themes with the new branding in mind. I’ve conceptualized the themes of each edition from 2022 to convey the message of the event in a compelling way for different purposes and campaigns (Social Media, paid ads, presentations, printables, etc.)

2. New website

XTM Live product redesigned website in line with the parent XTM brand.

The publication increased consistency in the overall look and feel of the XTM brand, thereby enhancing customer trust. To maximize the impact, I designed the site following the same design system as the main website (parent brand). I conceived it as a child theme to improve development efficiency and maintain consistency, incorporating component variations to utilize the accent color defined for the XTM Live product.
